Natosha uses a strengths-based approach to therapy with some cognitive-behavioral elements, and she believes in the importance of building a therapeutic relationship involving safety, trust, and openness.
Natosha was born and raised in rural Minnesota and plans to remain working in a rural community upon graduation. In Natosha’s free time, she enjoys reading, caring for her plants, and working on puzzles. She also enjoys spending time with her pets: three dogs, two cats, and a hedgehog!
